🌙 The 120-Night Sleep Trial

Every Liberty Mattress purchased online comes with a full 120-night sleep trial starting from the date of delivery. We believe a mattress needs to be slept on — not just touched in a showroom — before you can truly know if it's right for you.

That's why we give you 4 full months to decide. Sleep on it, live with it, take your time. If your mattress isn't the right fit, our team will coordinate a convenient return at no hassle to you.

Important: We ask that you sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return. Your body needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface, and most customers who feel unsure in the first few weeks report loving their mattress by night 30.

In-store purchases: Mattresses purchased at our Bailey Ave showroom can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase by bringing the mattress back to the store. The mattress must be clean and in original condition. Please call us at 716-322-7100 before returning.

📦 How to Initiate a Return (Online Orders)

Returning your mattress is simple — we handle all the logistics. You don't need to box it up or drop it off anywhere. Please note that a $149 return processing fee applies to cover transportation, handling, and responsible mattress disposal or donation. Only the original purchaser may initiate a return.

    Schedule Free Pickup Our team will arrange a free pickup at a time that works for you. No need to repackage the mattress — we handle that.

    Mattress is Collected Our pickup partner will collect the mattress from your home. Whenever possible, returned mattresses are donated to local Buffalo charities.

    Refund Processed Once pickup is confirmed, your refund (purchase price less the $149 return processing fee) is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Conditions

We want returns to be hassle-free. However, to keep our program fair and sustainable, please review what qualifies for a return.

Eligible for Return

  • Returned within 120 nights of delivery
  • Slept on for at least 30 nights
  • Normal wear from sleep use
  • Minor surface impressions from use
  • Mattress is clean and free of stains

Not Eligible for Return

  • Request made after 120-night window
  • Visible stains, spills, or soiling
  • Torn, cut, or burned cover
  • Physical damage to foam or structure
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Commercial use (hotels, Airbnb, rentals)

Tip: We strongly recommend using a mattress protector from day one. It protects your mattress and ensures your return eligibility is never in question.

💰 Refund Details

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout — credit card, debit card, or any other payment method accepted at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after pickup is confirmed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

The full purchase price of the mattress is refunded less the $149 return processing fee. If any promotional discount was applied, the refunded amount reflects the actual amount paid.
