🛡️ Limited Warranty

Congratulations on the purchase of your new Liberty Mattress. The investment you've made in your sleep begins tonight. All Liberty Mattresses are made with quality materials and backed by our Manufacturer's Limited Warranty — because your satisfaction is our goal.

Any claim under this limited warranty shall be commenced, if at all, within one (1) year of the date that the claim accrues.

Important: Please retain your proof of purchase. It is required to obtain any warranty service and is only available to the original purchaser. Do not remove the law label at the end of your mattress — it contains the product identification needed to establish your warranty rights.

What Is Covered

Liberty Mattress warrants your new mattress against defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture and appearing within the applicable Limited Warranty period.

🚫 What Is Not Covered

The following conditions are not considered manufacturing defects and are excluded from warranty coverage:

📋 Limited Warranty Schedule

The term of warranty coverage and applicable fees depend on the specific Liberty Mattress product. Refer to the non-removable tag at the head of your mattress ("Law Label") for your warranty code.

Warranty Code Total Warranty Period No-Charge Repair / Replacement Period Charge After No-Charge Period
A 12 Years 1 Year 1/12 of retail price at time of claim × number of years used
B 15 Years 3 Years Complete first 3 years; after that, 1/15 less per year
C 10 Years 10 Years N/A — fully covered for entire warranty period
* Transportation to and from our store is the responsibility of the consumer.

Note: Proof of purchase is required for all warranty service. Coverage is measured from the original date of purchase and is available to the original purchaser only. Coverage does not renew or extend if the product is repaired or replaced during the warranty period.

📌 Do's & Don'ts

Following these simple guidelines will help protect your mattress and maintain your warranty coverage.

Do's

  • Rotate your mattress regularly to equalize body impressions.
  • Use an appropriate frame and center support on queen and king sizes.
  • Let your new mattress air out upon removal from packaging and dispose of all plastic.
  • Keep bedding clean and use a mattress protector — stains of any kind will void your warranty.
  • Replace your foundation when purchasing a new mattress.
  • Carry your mattress upright on its side when moving. Store it flat for extended storage.

Don'ts

  • Do not remove the law tag at the end of your mattress — it is needed to establish your warranty rights.
  • Do not bend or jump on your mattress under any circumstances. This may damage the mattress or foundation.

🌙 Mattress Care

To ensure a long-lasting product, rotate your mattress as part of regular maintenance. Rotate every two weeks for the first six months, then every 2–3 months thereafter.

Safety: To avoid personal injury, do not attempt to rotate your mattress without a partner.

🔧 How to Obtain Warranty Service
